An upgrade from the usual hot cocoa. Made of 77% dark chocolate (Auro), chocolate liqueur (Godiva), and Stolichnaya Vodka. Rich and indulgent (but not sweet) — it is a unique chocolate experience for an otherwise boring afternoon.

Lychee Sake 

This reminds us of cold, rainy days in Kyoto. A chilled glass of Lychee Sake is, ironically, the perfect source of warmth on a cold rainy day. COFFEE NEGRONI

A classic Italian negroni dashed with coffee liqueur. It is a straightforward mix of dry gin (Tanqueray), campari, and vermouth. Its deep dark fruit flavors, complementing with that spike of coffee, make this cocktail the perfect apéritif. Serve over ice. Garnish with dried or fresh orange.

ESPRESSO MARTINI

A rich and jolting combination of three shots of espresso and vodka (Absolut Blue) — Espresso Martini will have your senses up and feasting.

Best for those long busy nights when you need a little bit of booze and a bit more caffeine.

BLACK RUSSIAN

A deep, obsessive mixture of vodka (Absolut) and coffee liqueur (Kahlua). It is the perfect after-dinner cocktail that is as decadent as it looks and sounds.

MAI TAI

Mai Tai is one of the trickiest cocktails we’ve worked with because there is just too many ways to do it. We decided it is best to go back to its roots and do it (as close as we can get) the authentic Tahitian way. Serve over ice (crushed is better) and garnish with dried lime. 

FRESH MARGARITA

Which we also dub as our ‘signature margarita’, there’s nothing quite like it. Guaranteed. Replacing lime with calamansi allowed it to be thicker and more flavorful. It’s classic margarita made even better. We love it over ice but we also love it frozen. Garnish with dried lime.

FRESH MANGO DAIQUIRI

A crowd favorite. We know you’ll keep going back for this throughout this summer. Every 250ml has one whole mango blended inside and it is prepapred and bottled upon every order to ensure freshness. We love it over ice but we absolutely love it frozen. Garnish with dried lemon.
