A twist to a classic margarita, we maximize the more subtle flavors of a vodka to introduce a new fruit into the mix: dalandan or the green mandarin. For this, we used freshly squeezed dalandan, a dash of orange liqueur (Cointreau), and a generous amount of vodka (Absolut).
