Japanese dry sake (Nihon Sakari) infused with lychee in syrup for at least 7 days. Light, delicate and refreshing — it’s like a cherry blossom in a cup (or in this case, a martini glass). 

Serve chilled. No ice. 
Keep refrigerated. Best consumed within 30 days.
